Phil Giammona

Managing Associate

Phil's practice is focused on corporate finance and transactional matters, representing venture capital firms, small companies and entrepreneurs.  Phil advises clients in a wide variety of corporate matters, including entity formations,  venture financings, commercial contract negotiations and corporate governance matters.

Phil received a J.D. from William & Mary Law School where he served as a Notes Editor on the William & Mary Law Review and was a member of the National Transactional Team. He received a B.A. in Legal Studies with High Honors from the University of California, Berkeley.

Phil is a member of the State Bar of California.
