Megan Endersby KASTEN

Senior Associate

Megan has practiced corporate and securities law at Brubaker Law LLP since 2014. She specializes in the representation of emerging growth companies and the venture capital firms and strategic investors that finance them. She works closely with early-stage, high-growth companies on entity formation and governance matters, venture capital financing transactions, and mergers and acquisitions. She also counsels investors in early and late stage venture capital financings and secondary sales and purchases. Megan has significant experience representing both venture capital funds and technology companies, including those in the software, hardware, biotech, and fintech fields.

Megan received a J.D. from Wake Forest University School of Law, where she was awarded a merit-based scholarship. She received a B.A. in English and French, cum laude, from Davidson College. She spent a semester in Tours, France and attended Université François Rabelais. 

Megan is a member of the State Bar of California.
