Khushi Desai

Managing Associate

Khushi's practice focuses on a wide range of corporate law matters, with an emphasis on general counsel services for emerging companies and venture capital firms. She routinely advises and represents clients on a broad range of transactional, financial, and governance matters, including business formation, venture capital financings, strategic transactions, and regulatory compliance.

Khushi received a J.D. from the University of California, Davis School of Law, where she served as the Editor-in-Chief of the UC Davis Business Law Journal and co-President of the national North American South Asian Law Student Association, and where she was awarded Witkin Awards for Academic Excellence in Business Associations and International Business Negotiations. Khushi also earned a B.A. in Political Science and Psychology with high honors distinction from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor.

Khushi is a member of the State Bar of California.
