CONNIE TSAI

Managing Associate

Connie’s practice encompasses corporate finance and transactional matters, and her experience includes work in venture financings, fund formation and corporate governance.

Prior to joining Brubaker Law LLP, she worked in the public finance group of Sidley Austin LLP’s San Francisco office.

Connie received a J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law, where she was awarded an academic scholarship. While in law school, she served as production editor of the Virginia Tax Review. She has a B.A. in Biochemical Sciences, magna cum laude, from Harvard University.

Connie is a member of the State Bar of California and is admitted to the United States District Court, Northern District of California.
